The RCC Foundation is pleased to offer current and prospective students a “universe” of scholarship opportunities! Quit spending hours searching for scholarships and let ScholarshipUniverse match you to qualified internal and external scholarships!
Internal Scholarships through the RCC Foundation (2021-22)
Thanks to generous donors, the RCC Foundation offers over 100 scholarship opportunities annually to applicants who meet various criteria. We invite you to apply if:
you have at least a 2.5 GPA, and
plan to enroll at RCC at least half-time (6+ credits) each of next Fall, Winter and Spring terms, OR will complete your RCC program before next Fall and will transfer to OSU, OIT/OT, PSU or SOU as of next Fall term (we generally offer one matriculation scholarship per university).
Apply December 15 to February 15 to be part of a $500 Early Bird Scholarship drawing. The March 1 deadline to apply for an RCC Foundation (internal) scholarship for the 2021/22 school year has been extended to March 31, 2021 at 11:59pm, giving current and future students time to access our scholarship application process for the upcoming school year. The Foundation knows how impacting a scholarship is to those who are awarded, so encourages anyone who will be attending RCC next year and who has a GPA of at least 2.5 to apply! Then, keep using ScholarshipUniverse all year to access external scholarships that you are matched to.
By submitting a single, annual application, you may qualify for multiple scholarships. About 1 in 4 qualified applicants generally receives between $1,000 and $5,000!
Awards are generally disbursed just prior to fall, winter and spring terms. Funds are used first to help you pay your RCC bill and then any extra is refunded to your selected refund preference through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution powered by BMTX, Inc. as early as the end of the second week of the term to you to help toward your cost of living.
Awards are generally divided into Fall/Winter/Spring terms and paid to RCC student accounts starting just prior to each term. All awards and correspondence will be done by email, so please keep your email address current with the RCC Foundation and in myRogue. No notifications will be done by mail or phone.
