Ann & Wirt Cogswell Scholarship (non-RCC) Annual Activation Request

The Ann & Wirt Cogswell Scholarship is renewable and may be activated for up to four academic years of college. Each year, eligible candidates will be contacted via email from the RCC Foundation in early Summer, prompting them to submit an activation request. Timely submission, keeping contact information current with RCC’s Foundation as well as notifying us of any change that may impact eligibility is the responsibility of the applicant.

In order to receive your scholarship funds for the 2019-20 academic year, submit the following by July 15, 2019 deadline:

  1. Submit this online Annual Activation Request.
  2. Submit an unofficial academic transcript to rccfoundation@roguecc.edu as soon as ’19 Spring grades are included. Note that to maintain eligibility, enrollment in at least 9 credits during each Fall – Spring term and a GPA of at least 2.5.
  3. Submit a ’19 Fall class schedule or registration receipt showing enrollment in at least 9 credits to rccfoundation@roguecc.edu.

Once processed, you will receive a notification email. If approved, annual funds will be sent to your college/university just prior to fall term. If you have any questions, contact me at amanley@roguecc.edu or (541) 956-7293.

We encourage you to be thoughtful about your response, as we send your letters to the donor and supporters of your scholarship. Hint: Write your responses in Word first, to ensure appropriate spelling, grammar and content, and to save a copy and paste your responses to each corresponding paragraph.
