Tanner Smith

tanner-smithTanner Smith was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. He graduated from Montana State University Northern with a BS in Physical Education and Health K-12.  Tanner also has a MA from Concordia University in Portland in Educational Leadership and then completed work on his School Administration License as well. He previously worked as an assistant football coach at Willamette University for 11 years as well as being an elementary PE teacher for 8 years.  Tanner was the Behavioral Specialist at South Salem High School for 2 years before taking the Assistant Principal job at Illinois Valley High School.  He was named the Principal at IVHS on July 14th and began duties immediately.
