Laura currently serves as the Vice President of Nursing for Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. She has over 13 years of hospital based leadership experience, including both nursing and ancillary support service leadership. Laura holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Health Care Administration. She has completed fellowships in public health through the CDC National Leadership Academy for the Public’s Health and in nursing leadership through the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
Laura has spoken nationally on hospital associated delirium prevention and inpatient hospitalist program redesign. She is trained as a Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma and has taught Green Belt courses in addition to leading projects. Laura is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, American College of Healthcare Executives and the Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives where she currently serves as the Southern Oregon Council representative to the Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives Board.
